Policies

Tuition:
Tuition is billed monthly and is due by the first (1st ) of each month. An eight percent late payment fee will be assessed to your account any unpaid balance that remains after the fifth (5th) of the month. However, special arrangements can be made for bi-weekly payments.

Returned Checks:
If your check is returned, a $30 fee is charged to your next payment.

Holiday Schedule:
You are responsible for paying all legal holidays in full - based on the posted holiday schedule.

Absences:
Tuition must be paid in full without deduction for absences of any duration or for any cause, and without substitution of other days of attendance as “make up” days. This is necessary due to staffing and operational costs that are incurred on the basis of fixed levels of enrollment. No reduced rates for illness, vacation, holidays or early school dismissal. Full payment is expected.

Illness:
Do not bring your child to the daycare if he / she has contagious illness or fever in the past 24 hours. If your child gets sick at the daycare, you are responsible for picking up the child up and expected to pay the usual amount.

Supplies:
Please bring two extra changes of clothing for each child, diapers and wipes, baby bottles and formula to the daycare. All items need the child's name labeled on them.

Withdraw:
Preston Kiddie Kollege requires 30 day written notice of withdrawal. Tuition will be required for the 30 days following the date the written notice is given. This applies even if the child is no longer attending. The $200 advance reservation fee is nonrefundable.

Late Pickups:
If your child is picked up after 6:30 PM on a given day, a $2 per minute charge is expected for that day.

Lunches/Snacks:
The price of lunch and snacks is included for table foods. Please do not bring food from home. No peanuts are served.
