Maria Seifi

Maria Seifi started her professional career in 1988 in a dental office that provided services to children where she worked with children of all ages. She also worked as office administrator responsible for all billing, bill payment management, and scheduling. In 1993, she joined another dental office with a bigger program for children. She performed a variety of activities from management of the dental office and interacting with parents. In this role, she was responsible for tracking and managing the regular check ups for the children. She was also responsible for children records management, scheduling, insurance submission and general management.

In 2000 Maria started thinking about her dream of launching a daycare center. She began talking to parents and provided care for a small group of kids. However, due to a quality service she provided and a great social network she created, she had a bigger demand for her services. Two years later, Maria launched her first daycare operation, which later became Auntie's Bambino as most of the parents differentiated her services much like their own family taking care of their kids.

While managing the daycare, Maria managed all business aspects of the daycare and made children feel special. Some kids could not wait to say "bye" to their parents when they started the day and others had trouble leaving her daycare at the end of day.

In 2004, with the encouragement of her current customers, Maria decided reach for her ultimate dream of launching a larger daycare center with her husband. He was presented a top ten commerce business award from Texas Governor Rick Perry and has over 25 years of business experience.

Maria has a Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene from University of Maryland and holds a Child Daycare Director license with certificates in CPR and first aid. Maria and her husband have two children.

As Administrator, I will be involved in everything at Preston Kiddie Kollege.  I bring sixteen years of managing offices and people through my work at Hilton Hotels Corporation.  I started working at an Orlando hotel front desk and worked my way up through technology side of operations.  I traveled throughout North America installing and training hotel staff on computer networks.  Then I began to manage the training teams.  Once the internet market started I moved into managing development and networking teams.  

 Upon joining Preston Kiddie Kollege, I began a new phase of my life by completely changing my career and couldn’t be happier.  I believe in customer focus and that means taking care of both our families and our staff.   I hope to continue to bring new ideas into our facility for our children to have a wonderful environment in which to grow. 

 While I don’t have children of my own, I am the youngest of nine children and have more nieces, nephews, and grand nieces, nephews than I can imagine.  I grew up mainly in Nebraska, but have lived in Florida for a lot of my childhood as well.  I have been in the Dallas area for almost six years now, and finally found a new place to call home.  Since I studied Psychology in school I feel now Preston Kiddie Kollege is the perfect place for me as well. 

 I truly enjoy coming into work every day to be greeted by these smiling children.  That makes my day!

Georgia Cooper

Georgia has twenty-six years of teaching and child care experience. Her love for teaching began when she registered her home to accomplish the need to work as well as the wish to stay at home with her two daughters. This worked well, so she licensed her home and went on to co-own and direct a licensed child care center with 130 children enrolled. During that time, she was responsible for teachers, scheduling, maintaining state and local standards, the nutrition program, staff training, quality control, and a myriad of other responsibilities that accompany the role as owner of a day care center. For the past five years, Georgia has taught the kindergarten through four-year-old classes and American Sign Language for third through fifth grades at a private school. She has also taught child development classes at the college level.  Georgia holds an Associate's degree in early child development / child care center management from El Paso Community College and has completed the Child Development Associate (C.D.A.) program.  Community service has been a strong point for Georgia; she has served in an advisory capacity for many city and state organizations including the Texas Department of Protective Services Advisory council for Child Care Standards.  Georgia is the mother of two beautiful daughters, mother-in-law to their two amazing husbands, and grandmother to four wonderful grandchildren.

Aloha!  My name is Shantel and I am PKK’s Operations Coordinator.  I was born and raised in beautiful Maui, Hawaii and due to career changes and family influence, I moved to Texas approximately two years ago with my Husband and son.  Despite the climate and environment change we are proud to call Texas our new home. 

Aside from handling the daily operations of the school, I maintain and upkeep all state required documentation for our facility.  I have an open door policy with regards to your child’s educational and developmental needs.  Please feel free to stop by and say hello!

Hi everyone!

 My name is Jennifer San Pedro and I joined Preston Kiddie Kollege as their Accounting Manager. I moved to Plano in late February and am happy to have found such a welcoming position and great team to work with.

 I was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico and have moved around the majority of my life, making Plano the tenth big move! I recently came from Miami, FL, where I established myself as a successful Bookkeeper and owned/operated my own company. I have had the privilege of working with a variety of businesses and people, developing a lot growth along the way.

 I pride myself in offering my utmost efforts to provide accurate diligence to everyone’s needs. I look forward to meeting you and your children and hope to be of the best assistance with any financial inquiries you may have.
